The two day Instructor led Virtual Introduction to Accident and Incident Investigation Course is the perfect preparation for the follow up course.
All the essential theory of small scale investigations such as the basic structure of an investigation, including collecting data, analysis of data, making recommendations and writing a report will be discussed in depth, illustrated with video examples and case studies.
The examination at the end is optional but strongly recommended in order to test knowledge and understanding.
During the three day follow up course Advanced Accident and Incident Investigation all aspects of a safety investigation will be practised, based on the theory of the Introduction Course. This will be a classroom course.

This course aims at anybody who is planning to become a safety investigator for their organisation.
This is NOT a preparation for aircraft crash investigations. This course prepares people to become excellent investigators of small scale, in house incident and accident investigations.
