The JAA TO Flight Dispatch Initial training establishes a high level of safety and proficiency, through adequate training for the daily demand tasks for flight dispatch personnel.
The topics of the training for airlines are based on the relevant parts of ICAO Annex 1, Annex 6 and ICAO Documents 10106, 9868, 9683 and Part D-3 of document 7192. This training also complies with the requirements of EASA GM1 ORO.GEN.110 (and related AMC and GM), IOSA ISM DSP 2.1 and DSP table 3.6.
The Initial and Recurrent training is introducing competency-based methods according to the new ICAO Manual 10106.
