Introduction

The course will explain the EASA Internal Working Procedure Airworthiness of type design. This internal working procedure covers amongst others TC, STC and Major Repair Approval procedures, as well as:

• Airworthiness Directive Policy
• Approval of flight conditions for a permit to fly
• Continuing airworthiness of type design
• Limitation, suspension and revocation of type certificates
• Transfer of product certificate.

The above should give a complete picture of EASA TC activities.
