Introduction

This training course focuses on giving the participants an awareness of the threat to the airport and ways of reducing the risk to everyday operations, keeping in mind the importance of business continuity whilst maintaining safety and security for all airport users. 

The course consists of the following modules:

• Protecting the Terminal: In view of recent events, what are we protecting against?
• Critical Infrastructure and Key Points: How do we protect the essential operating systems?  
• Protecting the Perimeter: How do we Keep the Wolf from the Door? 
• Business Continuity: How Security Will Help You Continue Should the Worst Happen 
• SeMS: Security Management Systems – Do They Work?
