The course objective shall be to equip participants with necessary knowledge and skills on safety management and safety oversight to implement the SSP and conduct SMS oversight on the aviation industry. The contents shall suit the needs of SMS assessors experienced in conducting SMS acceptance and audits, evaluation of the effectiveness SMS, and continuous monitoring of safety performance; or SMS instructors. Appropriate risk assessment tools shall be provided by the Contractor for training.
