Cabin Safety Design Training Course

Introduction

Please note that this course has been replaced by the Cabin Safety Design, Certification of Interior Changes & Repairs training course.

This 3 day training course will provide a general overview how to certify changes and repairs to existing cabin interiors.
The content of the training course is based on the assumption that a so-called “green aircraft” exists with all necessary structural and systems interface provisions available in the cabin needed for the installation of the change.
It will address the relevant Subparts of Annex Part 21 as outlined in the detailed content of this training course. An overview of CS-23, CS-25, CS-27 and CS-29 paragraphs for the certification of cabin interiors for the different type of aircraft will be provided. This will be followed by a general explanation of the relevant CS-25 paragraphs including information regarding Appendix F testing, and Appendix H, Continued Airworthiness.
EASA Special Conditions applicable to cabin interior design details will be presented in combination with actual design solutions.
