Nominated Postholder (EU-OPS) Ground Operations Course

An industry specific two-day programme specifically designed for nominated or designated postholder Ground Operations of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder under EU-OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3.

Safety and quality delivery in an AOC holder's ground operations requires fully effective processes. The Postholder Ground Operations is responsible for a wide range of safety critical processes.

This course aims to provide case-based training in management approaches and management techniques to facilitate a fully effective ground operations and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives.

The course is highly participative, and promotes practices that have become the benchmark in the industry.

Aviation Authorities have started interviewing Form 4 candidates. This course serves as preparation for the authority interview.

Postholder Ground Operations will be provided a first-hand update of regulatory and industry development. Postholders are invited to exchange experiences among peers in a confidential environment.

Pre-requisites

Essential:
