During the ongoing transition from EU and JAR OPS to the new EC Regulations, the JAA TO is in the process of developing and launching new seminars and workshops to replace the current Accountable Manager (AM) seminar and Nominated Postholder (NP) workshops. The new courses will be based on the Basic Regulation and its Implementing Rules. The AM Seminar will continue to be conducted over 2 days while the (NP) workshops will have the duration of 3 days. The courses will be addressed as “EASA Air Operations Management Team” seminars and workshops. They will target AMs, NPs and other heads of functional areas such as the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM), Safety Managers, Financial Managers, Sales and Marketing and other key staff.

An industry specific two-day programme specifically designed for nominated or designated postholder Maintenance System of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder under EU-OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3.
Safety and quality delivery in an AOC holder's Maintenance requires fully effective processes. The Postholder Maintenance Operations is responsible for a wide range of safety critical processes.
