The Theoretical Knowledge examinations are a vital part of pilot licensing procedures by National Aviation Authorities (NAA).Until such time as EASA revise the current system which is not expected until some time after the implementation of the future implementing rules, the current system will remain in place. The professional pilot and instrument rating examinations are extracted from a Central Question Bank (CQB) which is now centrally managed and updated by EASA and administered for the purpose of examinations by each NAA.
This course provides comprehensive training in regard to the JAR-FCL pilot examination requirements and procedures outlined in JAR-FCL and JAA Admin and Guidance Material. Due to the last amendment 7 to JAR-FCL 1 and amendment 6 to JAR-FCL 2 as a consequence of NPA 25 and the major revisions which took place to the Learning Objectives for all of the examinations, it is essential that staff handling the CQB are appropriately aware and trained in its use.
On completion of the course all attendees should have attained a thorough knowledge of the examination requirements and the use of the CQB.
