EASA has published its Opinion concerning the Authority requirements for CAT, Complex motor-powered aircraft operators, Approved training organizations and requirements for Cabin Crew. Also, they have published a draft Implementing Rule (IR) together with the associated AMCs and GMs. This draft decision formed the basis for the final regulation that had to be implemented by Competent Authorities by 8 April 2012.
As such, the objective of this course is to familiarize the participants with the general requirements in the proposed new EASA rulemaking on Authority requirements for Commercial Air Transport and Complex motor-powered aircraft operators, together with Approved Training organizations and Aero-medical centers, besides Cabin Crew Implementing Rules, such as AMCs and GM.
