With the ever increasing pressure to reduce costs whilst delivering excellent service and performance in the aviation sector, thorough negotiation, robust contracting, comprehensive service level agreements and effective management of part or fully outsourced suppliers have never been more important. This course will be focused on providing candidates with expert advice on general contracting, developing and putting in place Service Level Agreements, negotiation techniques and a variety of proven methods by which to effectively manage outsourced suppliers.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of contracting, SGHAs, SLAs, negotiation techniques and how to effectively and consistently manage outsourced suppliers to a high standard.   • Aircraft operators – smaller and private/business jet operators with both scheduled and ad-hoc operations.
  • Ground handling companies and other third party aviation sector suppliers who use SGHAs as their standard contract and who wish to gain a better understanding of the mechanics of the agreements and get a better insight into their customer airlines’ methodology and requirements.
