Introduction

This course is designed to develop trainers in the role of CRM facilitator.  It meets the EU-OPS requirements for employment in the role of CRM Trainer.

Pre-requisites

Essential:

Applicants should have attended a ‘Train the Trainer’ course or have gained experience in an instructor role.

Non-airline applicants must check their eligibility for employment.
