ACI - GSN 4: Working with Annex 14
Introduction
This course provides airside safety personnel and planners who have already gained a basic knowledge of airport operations and aerodrome design and who will be required to implement the Standards and Recommended Practices contained in ICAO Annex 14 either through their Safety Management System or as part of new aerodrome development.

Course Content
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Explain in detail how Annex 14 is used by Regulators, Airport Planners and Safety Personnel to ensure Standards are maintained
- Prepare airports for safety audits
- Discuss practical examples illustrating how to apply the recommendations of Annex 14
- Explain how to manage non-compliance while maintaining safety
- Apply the Standards and Recommendations of Annex 14 to resolve practical problems
- Gain practical experience of working with Annex 14
