EU-OPS requires flight crew to be Assessed on their CRM skills. In addition, EU-OPS requires that the person conducting the check shall be Trained both in CRM concepts and the assessment of CRM skills. (Part N Appendix 1 to OPS 1.965 Paragraph 3ii and vi) This course is designed to train Line and Simulator instructors to satisfy JAA/EU-OPS CRM requirements. It is also suitable for NAA training inspectors and training personnel who need to understand and use EU-OPS CRM Assessment compliance requirements. The course is part of an “Approved” CRM Instructor Course authorised by the UK CAA as member of JAA/EASA.

NAA Training Inspectors and Examiners who need experience of Assessment of CRM Skills for EU-OPS Compliance.
Training managers and personnel who oversee or implement training programmes and need knowledge of CRM Assessment for EU-OPS compliance.
1) Prior attendance and knowledge of Initial CRM course subject material.
2) Instructional Skills knowledge such as TRI/TRE/CRI/ CRE/SFI etc. or previous attendance at an approved TRI/TRE/CRMI CORE course or similar.
